Hi there, my name is Morgan Bragdon and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and creator of Simply Sustainable Nutrition & Lifestyle. My passion for nutrition stems from helping people make long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes using a whole-foods, plant-based approach. It just so happens that the best foods for preventing chronic disease are also the most sustainable for our planet! Here at Simply Sustainable, I provide one-on-one virtual nutrition counseling and provide the latest information on eco-friendly products that promote sustainability for our health and planet.

As my client, I strive to meet you where you are at in life. Let’s be real, life comes and goes in waves and stress happens to all of us. Together, we will pin-point all of the lifestyle factors that may be affecting your health and nutrition such as: stress, sleep, exercise, work etc. As a Registered Dietitian, I work to implement a non-diet mentality by approaching mindful eating practices and by viewing food as fuel.
